DPL Overview

DPL, Development Player
DPL, Development Player League, is an elite national all-girls soccer league. Member clubs are divided into geographic regions. Clubs will compete amongst the clubs in their region. FC Arizona will compete in the Desert Region among Del Sol, Arizona Soccer Club, FC Tucson, Phoenix Premier, and RSL.

The mission of the DPL is to develop the player and empower the person in a purposeful and memorable environment. The goal for FC Arizona is to provide a higher-level platform to compete for our girl's program.

“[DPL] believes through superior experiences, players can showcase their talent, discover collegiate opportunities, and create a community around the game. We are a standards-driven national league connected to the Girls Academy that will encourage clubs to compete and grow, maximizing the development of their players. By creating a cohesive framework in line with the most dynamic organizations in the country, where nothing is given and everything earned, we will raise the bar in youth soccer…together.”
